Participate across the full development lifecycle with project managers, business analysts, senior developers and testers and collaborate on delivering requested changes.2. Understanding business requirements, coming up with a suitable technical solution and executing the necessary code changes needed for those requirements to be met.3. Execute, test, and write unit/continuous integration tests to prove both the success of changes and avoid regression.4. Understand and adhere to team processes and the control environment.5. Contribute to discussions regarding system architecture and improvement of processes.6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team.7.
