Major Responsibilities:

• Senior Software Engineering Manager with hands on technology skills in the mobile native application development area and/or web development

• Design and build applications for the iOS, Android, and web applications

• Ability to lead a team of engineers supporting many applications

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

• Work proactively in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Provide work estimates and deliver projects on schedule

• Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions

Experience and Background Requirements:

• Candidate should have 7-8 years in mobile/web application development and overall 10-15 years of IT industry experience and last 2-5 years as mobile application development

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field

• Full stack experience in developing end to end from Microservices to application would be an added advantage

• Enterprise App development experience of at least one end to end project

• Hands on Experience / Knowledge with iOS & Android Technologies (Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java, RxJava, React Native)

• Hands on Experience / Knowledge with Web Technologies (Adobe, React, Single SPA, Express JS, Tailwind)

• Experience in cloud application development solutions, such as GCP, Kubernetes is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Service Development Experience with Apache Tomcat, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Docker, Gradle a plus.

• Demonstration and strong understanding of applying Test Automation for Mobile and Web Development (Unit, Functional, end-end).

• Good hands-on experience on various design and architecture aspects - MVP, MVVM etc.

• Strong knowledge of mobile app performance, using various tools and Android Studio IDE

• Strong background in Agile and working closely with product management

• Should be able to conduct scrum meetings and ensure team is not blocked

• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team

• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track

• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment

• Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader
