  • Providing technical leadership to the national conveyance team in the water and wastewater group.

  • Responsible for the quality management of large projects and programs within the water and wastewater portfolio.

  • Providing leadership and assistance on business development efforts, including proposals.

  • To be seen as “the expert” on the conveyance team.

  • Collaboratively providing innovative ideas to the team to help grow our water and wastewater business.

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering

  • Registration as P.Eng. in Ontario

At least 15 years demonstrated experience including:

  • Conceptual and detail design of linear infrastructure projects.

  • Clear understanding of construction methods and their associated risks and benefits.

  • Understanding of Canadian and Ontario design standards and regulations

  • Leadership in terms of mentoring junior staff and peers.

  • Understanding of quality management systems and specific application of quality management principles in linear infrastructure applications.

  • Work in the detailed design of Municipal Linear Infrastructure Projects in the City of Toronto; leadership experience in large City programs such as the Basement Flooding program or co-ordinated watermain replacement program would be an asset.
