Position Overview: Entrust is seeking for a Senior Software Developer to provide technical lead role for the organization’s enterprise digital manufacturing strategy. This individual you will lead the design, architecture, implementation, and evolution of platforms that power manufacturing and e-commerce applications. A great candidate should be a curious and daring innovator who constantly scan for technology advancements and investigate their feasibilities. The role will operate across business units to provide the necessary leadership required to ensure a best-in-class support of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases

• Ability and desire to innovate, influence, encourage not only your team but other teams you will be working closely with

• Defines standards for application development, components, and common services including the recommended use of languages and tools

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.

• Work with product owners to understand the customer needs and value proposition of a new product, shaping potential solutions that align with enterprise standards

• Work in Agile/Scrum environment and take accountability of tasks worked on and communicate effectively.

• Supports and develops Junior software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.

• Develop and track metrics that address quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team

• Evaluate new technologies and communicating decisions with non-technical stakeholders in the company

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

• Great Communication skills, Leadership, Teamwork and coaching.

Basic Qualifications :

• BS and/or MS in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred)

• Proven 4 - 6 years proficiency with the Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM, Router, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Figma.

• 6-8 years of working in .NET, C#, SQL server and Azure DevOps.

• 2 years of experience using microservices and asynchronous messaging architecture, Domain Driven Design experience a plus

• Experience working in Database First development using Entity Framework.

• 2 years of experience in API design, development, and OAuth2 API security; 2+ years of exposing and/or consuming APIs through an API Gateway

• Experience working in Microsoft Azure environment, creating CI/CD pipelines, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in the cloud.

• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate previous experience designing and executing complex applications development to solve ambiguous problems impacting business.

• Experience with manufacturing or/and e-commerce solution architectures.

• Experience utilizing messaging middleware such as Kafka, Event Hub etc.

• Previous experience as a lead role for large solution architectures

• Expertise implementing applications in PaaS and SaaS delivery models.

• 6-8 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development or package software implementations
