As a Lead Systems Engineer you will work on a multi-contractor team to design, develop, and maintain an enterprise-level system that enables space operators to analyze large amounts of data in a timely manner to facilitate decision making.

More About the Role:

  • Assist in the development and execution of a standardized, Enterprise-level Risk/Issue/Opportunity (R/I/O) Management process

  • Responsible for tracking risks across the program and execute the risk management process to identify, assess, treat, and monitor risks with a focus on the impact to customers as well as ensure that every change to a service is assessed for increased or decreased risk as a part of evaluating the change

  • Evaluate each change to a service for risks to availability, continuity, information security and risks related to the involvement of other parties in the service lifecycle

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Active TS/SCI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.

  • 5 years of experience in systems engineering for information technology

  • Ability to break down high-level tasking into smaller units of work and self-manage development progress in working toward set deadlines

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to articulate design concepts and technology benefits.

  • Understanding of repeatable automated processes for building an application, testing it, documenting it, and deploying it at scale

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

  • Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)

  • Familiarity with development and delivery of complex data processing systems

  • NRO experience

  • Experience with Agile Management tools

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
