Randstad, in partnership with one of the fastest growing companies with an office in Plano, is actively seeking Customer Care Support Reps to join their team! salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

The agents will be making outbound calls to dental offices to verify directory information including active providers. They will be required to clearly document all information and take action to update information.

Coordinates provider enrollment, inactivation and reporting. Responsible for making and documenting provider calls. Updates directories for all Dental contracted organizations. Issues tend to be routine in nature.

Candidates will need to be available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday.

Skills:
