Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting assistant to join the finance team. As an accounting assistant, you will support our accounting department in various tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close procedures.

• Assist in maintaining financial records and files.

• Assist with payroll related tasks.

• Generate financial reports and assist with analysis as needed.

• Support the accounting team in ad hoc projects and tasks.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
