The Sales Manager m/f/d is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within France. While developing annual plans within the business unit, the Sales Manager owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction of their country.

BorgWarner Aftermarket Europe GmbH has a new opportunity for a dynamic, results driven Sales Manager France (m/f/d)

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Southern Europe, MEA & Africa the Sales Manager France (m/f/d) is responsible to support the IAM Sales Team by managing our customer base in France with a key focus on the development of our customer footprint to increase our market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Continuous support of our existing customers and new-client acquisition in assigned region

  • Commercial and technical customer support in the field

  • Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiations

  • Securing of pricing policy

  • Market observation, analysis of competition and customers

  • Delivery of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales

  • Close collaboration and supporting of the Regional Sales Managers as well as cooperation with the Customer Service, Product Management team and other internal departments

    REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of sales experience, automotive Aftermarket would be an advantage

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Technical understanding is a must

  • Turnover and Margin responsibility

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Team player, strong negotiation skills, and strategic mindset

  • Local language plus English
