As a Health Unit Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the seamless operation of our unit. Under the guidance of the manager, you'll handle receptionist and clerical duties with finesse, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Day (1st shift) and Evening (2nd shift) schedules are available.

Qualified Candidates may be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $3,500, with a 2yr commitment.

Additional job responsibilities may include -

  • Maintains the medical record in good form.

  • Communicates effectively using established systems/protocols.

  • Communicates effectively with ancillary departments.

  • Maintains unit supplies/forms appropriately.

  • Assumes responsibility for professional development of self and contributes to and assists with the professional development of others.

  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $21.16 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: No experience required.

Licensure:None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
