Description

We are inviting applications for a Call Center Specialist based in Yorba Linda, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in a telecom provider setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls and setting up appointments regarding services, while ensuring data is accurately entered and managed within the system.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound calls in a call center environment

• Setting up appointments regarding services

• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry

• Utilizing MS Office for data management and customer service tasks

• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions for delinquent payments

• Progressing within the company to the next level after a significant period of service

• Maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Call Center Specialist role or a similar position.

• Exceptional Call Center Customer Service and general Customer Service skills.

• Strong ability to perform Computer Data Entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Proficiency in using MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
