SAP Working Student (f/m/d) - Central Product Experience in Walldorf, Germany

What you'll do

You make sure that our product teams can trust the feedback data coming from the users.

  • Support the creation of a dedicated feedback data product on SAP Datasphere

  • Data management: Help to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting dashboards

  • Update data structures based on evolving requirements (e.g. integration of new data sources and surveys)

  • Help to prepare data for AI-based analysis and insights generation.

  • Support feedback survey management, incl. the creation of surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics

  • Align and confirm data with stakeholders in product teams

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Processing, Data Science

  • Computer skills: Intermediate database knowledge (SQL), basic statistics knowledge, basic knowledge in Python, knowledge in Qualtrics is a plus

  • Language skills: good communication skills in English or German

  • Soft skills: logical thinking, affinity with data, attention to detail, problem-solver mindset, team player, communication skills

  • Others: working experience is a plus

Meet your team

We - the Product Experience Management (PX) team - are part of the Global Adoption and Experience CoE unit at SAP.

We provide best-in-class tools and approaches for collecting and analyzing user feedback to gain holistic insights about SAPs products.

We closely collaborate with SAP cloud product teams, and enable them to adopt our tools and best practices, support them in data analysis and insights generation, and empower them to make timely, data-driven, value-based product decisions.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
