Overview\ This position is planned to work 3 days a week for 12 hours a day from 10:00am-10:00pm Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday with flexibility to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities\ * Assign drivers on Core bid sheet and GES solution, analyzing driver capacity to determine assignment\ * Execute nightly logistical planning process manage TM optimization solution; complete all post opt input and communication\ * Nightly solution communication to warehouse to meet wave planning timelines\ * Engagement and leadership in site business and people initiatives (examples: inclusion, safety, service, sales partnership, etc)\ * Direct afternoon Run Right meeting to recap relevant activities and changes prior to next days business.\ * Enable cross functional support (Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing) while meeting service commitments.\ * Support safety and regulatory responsibilities for the Business Unit ensuring compliance, training, accountabilities, and communication.\ * Support D.O.T. audit and compliance.\ * Facilitate necessary training and communication venues / meetings / calls ensuring timely solutions.\ * Support 2nd Shift operations calls from customer, drivers, warehouse, with ability to solve routine calls or pass on to Traffic Leadership..\ * Facilitate nightly handoff process from 2nd shift to 3rd shift (staffing status, equipment demand, service status).\ * Proven ability to manage trade-off analysis, and service commitments, by managing the various needs that arise.\ * Ability to learn and backup other administrative roles such as needed and directed.\ * Support invoice accuracy, ASN compliance through effective trip planning.\ * Continuous leverage of Microsoft Office (2010) tools as a means for communication, tracking, and analysis to deliver expected results..\ * Weekly and periodically data download for traffic KPMs, One on Ones, scorecards etc.

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$42,000 - \$67,000 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.\ \ Qualifications\ * College degree preferred, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Operations experience considered advantageous.\ * Exemplifies PepsiCo values and guiding principles.\ * Excellent computer skills, proficient Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).\ * Ability to use the online versions of these as well including SharePoint\ * Ability to learn and execute in-house computer systems (examples: ICS, DRP, IIM, PPT, IMS, OGN, REC, XNET, PWM, WCS, SAP, Power BI and supply chain tools)\ * Heavy importance on TM and Transportation Smartbench within TM\ * Working with shipment dates, load formations, movements between loads, tendering capabilities, and a focus on understanding system constraints on equipment and routing limitations.\ * Demonstrated history of strong organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail.\ * Proven Cross Functional Leadership and Communication.\ * High level of analytical thinking and proven troubleshooting capability.\ * Effective personal/team interaction, verbal, written, facilitation and customer service skills\ * Able to communicate with all levels of the organizati n and proactively lead/influence tactical and strategic planning.\ * Self-motivated and results oriented, requiring minimal supervision, follows through and communicates on commitments.\ * Global business knowledge of all aspects of product movement through the supply chain to lead/influence tactical and strategic changes.\ * Capability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and train other team members on system changes and new operating systems.\ * Customer service skills/focus, capability, willingness, and tenacity to analyze service issues at any time amid a dynamic environment and act on key actions to resolve issues.\ * Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously under pressure and must have a demonstrated history of decision making, strong organizational skills, leadership, attention to detail, and follow up.\ * Knowledge of D.O.T / FMCSR
