As a Material Management Associate you will maintain and update inventory records in the customer's computer system. Daily responsibilities will include: -Generate key inventory reports directly from SAP and BI. (Business Intelligence) -Review inventory on a consistent basis for expired, obsolete and discontinued parts. -Follow up on inventory issues, recalls and emails from upper management in a timely matter. -Ability to plan, organize and possess analytical skills to ensure success of daily tasks and timely cycle counts. -Will work with the warehouse cycle count team and inventory manager to ensure that a comprehensive root cause analysis is compiled and reported on inventory discrepancies daily. -Prior warehouse inventory experience and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) needed. -Forklift, Reach lift, Cherry picker operations are a plus, but not necessary. -Ability to interact and participate in a fast-paced, high energy, team-driven warehouse environment. -High attention to details and time management skills. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs without strain at times.
