The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing etc.). Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This position is full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

This work is for the GSA at the port of entry in Portal, ND. Therefore, a background check is necessary in order to gain access to the building.

Preferred candidate will have 2 years of Maintenance experience.
