TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Moorestown, New Jersey
TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Moorestown, NJ for a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be supporting customer account orders and over sales support to maintain a high quality customer experience. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
Description:
Answer customer inquires regarding products and provide updates on purchase orders
Deliver a high quality customer experience
Engage in building customer relationships for long standing business
Provide support for sales opportunities, quotes and inventory management
Update shipment information, delays and tracking
Communicate with internal colleagues for supply chain procedures
Qualifications:
Customer Support and inside sales experience
ERP experience highly preferred
Order processing
Strong Communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred but not required
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8am-5pm
Contract-to-hire
Fully on-site
