Work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts in an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes. This role works with limited supervision in a single IAM Domain, focusing on larger and more complex projects. They possess a moderate understanding of Identity & Access Management beyond their domain and how their work impacts others. They have a solid understanding of general security frameworks and delivery models, exhibit a continuous learning mindset, and demonstrate advanced skills in requirements gathering and aligning technical objectives with business objectives. They provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within their IAM Domain, lead collaboration with third-party vendors, and stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and threats to proactively implement risk mitigation measures. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Works with minimal supervision on large, complex IAM projects; often providing direction to others on the team. Is a leader within the PAM Team with the expectation to guide and mentor more junior members. This includes overseeing the work performed by junior engineers, mentoring their technical educational activities, freely sharing knowledge and testing techniques.
