Position Summary Directly reporting to the Production and Distribution Training Manager, the Production and Distribution Trainer is responsible for collaborating with Blood Operations Instructional Designers to develop and implement technical training programs for Core Processing, Specialized Production, and Hospital Services staff. Responsibilities Conducts and oversees the basic training, re-training, continuing education and competency of employees assigned to each area of Blood Production and Distribution to ensure training timelines are met Coordinates training schedules of staff with leadership Accountable for all training documentation and record maintenance Provides technical assistance to staff and management Assesses performance by performing work observations and identifying performance gaps.
