Opportunity:

This opportunity is in Kohler/Mosel, WI

Term: May 2024 through December 2024

This is an invitation to collaborate and contribute to an environment that’s grounded in bold, meaningful innovation.

As a Product Engineering Intern , you’ll serve as a critical member to Kohler’s product development teams, designing leading-edge products or technologies that completely transform experiences we know today.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Show your skills: Apply engineering fundamentals and structuredproblem solving to enable top-notch engineering designs. Leverageyour engineering colleagues for insight, feedback, and review to makeyour technical work is the best it can be.

  • Prove that 1+1 is greater than 2: Partner with your cross-functionalteammates in Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing,Program Management, and Industrial Design. Face the harddecisions head-on and use the variety of team perspectives togenerate better solutions. Recommend next steps and drivealignment with business leadership.

  • Help make us better: Evaluate designs for environmentalsustainability and recommend improvements. Visit customers orengage experts to understand installation needs and opportunities forquality improvements.

  • Bring it all together: Maximize the attention to detail you’ve cultivatedas a developing technical expert. Structure and coordinate testrequests, bills of materials, engineering timelines, and other technicalactivities in support of new product launches.

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred) or related technical discipline.

  • Passion for product development

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, creative-thinking, and collaboration skills
