  • Owns responsibility for reviewing and completing key warehouses duties and assists with other required light warehouse duties.

  • Receives product deliveries, pulling and staging product for distribution, rotating stock, and coordinating activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are completed in a timely manner.

  • Sorts all product baskets according to facility units, location, and delivery times, and scans all medications pending for delivery into the warehouse inventory system.

  • Prepares detailed manifests and ancillary paperwork, ensuring accurate correspondence to each appropriate nursing facility.

  • Retrieves medication totes from pharmacists that are to be scanned for delivery, in preparation for item pull and subsequent delivery.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

  • 0-2 years work experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license required.

This job required some time onsite at Omnicare of King of Prussia and some time on the road to/at our customer locations.

Day In The Life:

As an Back-End Pharmacy Support staff member, you will work to repair/refurbish medication carts and deliver to or remove them from customer facilities.

The Team:

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Our Omnicare of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, location is one of the larger Omnicare locations in the country. This site operates 24x7 serving a large number of facilities in addition to providing seamless support to other Omnicare locations.

In this role, your time will be split between driving to/being on site at customer facilities (delivering or removing medication carts/ performing minor cart repairs) and being on site at our pharmacy (repairing/refurbishing medication carts).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minor repair/ refurbishment skills

  • An eye for detail

  • A focus on customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry

Education:

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
