What you’ll do:

As Site IT Support you will provide on-site support of site infrastructure software, device lifecycle management and IT service for Eaton end-users in our Győr Automotive and Electrical Production plant. You will ensure compliance with all of Eaton's policies and procedures.

Your tasks in details will involve:

• Management of end-user IT requests, ensuring restoration of site IT service interruptions.

• Deployment, configuration & support of hardware, client operating systems, productivity software.

• Hardware support includes: online PCs, PC peripherals, PC non-networked, OT Systems (I4.0), hand scanners, printers, switches, wireless access points, virtual machines, UPS, R&D Labs, mobile phones, etc.

• Trouble-shooting and resolution of larger IT issues, be involved in improvement initiatives.

• Follow Eaton's IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, protect Eaton's physical and non-physical assets.

• Participate in: the annual refresh of IT disaster recovery plan, risk management, internal IT audits.

• Handle vendor management of related end-user hardware and software.

• Liaison between IT and users to drive IT standards.

Qualifications:

• Technical/IT focused Vocation or Bachelor degree.

• Relevant IT service delivery working experience (both hardware and software).

• Fluent communication in English and Hungarian.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with cooperative and business mindset.

• Proactive and adaptable personality with willingness to learn new tools or solutions.

• After hours support may be required.

• Able to travel for business & work needs.

• Nice to have: ITIL foundations or CompTIA A+ certification.
