Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The CT Technologist is a Registered Radiologic Technologist who under the direction of the Radiologist or supervising technologist performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Must strictly adhere to the State of California Radiation Safety Regulations as it applies to worker and patient safety.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• CA Radiology Tech

• Fluro*

• ARRT

• Venipuncture*

• BLS (AHA required)

1 year acute hospital imaging procedures required

*Travelers not required to have Fluoroscopy or Venipuncture.

Hires after 5/15/11 but before 7/15/14 required license within 1 year of hire.

Skills:

Demonstrated competency required within 30-days of hire Must have the ability to read write and speak English.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range

$44.68 - $52.73 /hour
