Description Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems using modern programming languages and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor entry level team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software applications. Contribute to architectural discussions and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in software engineering, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for production systems as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, as well as experience with related frameworks and libraries. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles. Experience with web application development, including front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as experience with database design, optimization, and ORM frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
